The Role
Own Workday reporting across the full HRIS ecosystem:
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards
- Develop calculated fields and role-specific worklets for different user groups
- Work with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver tailored reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and manage ad hoc requests
- Build cross-functional reports spanning multiple Workday modules
- Collaborate with the AMS provider on enhancements and best practice adoption
- Test and validate reporting during Workday release cycles
- Deliver end-user training and maintain documentation to promote self-service adoption
What We’re Looking For
A Workday reporting specialist ready to make an impact:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience
- Strong technical proficiency in Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
- Cross-module Workday experience is a distinct advantage
