HSE Admin Manager – (Mandarin Speaker)

ESH Compliance: Maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA standards while overseeing scheduled waste and customer audits.

General Affairs: Budget and procure office furniture, equipment, and facilities for employees.

Vendor Management: Oversee service providers for the canteen, security, cleaning, landscaping, and waste management.

Security Leadership: Lead the security team and manage all security systems, hardware, and SOPs.

Expatriate Support: Manage travel, housing, and welfare for expatriates while coordinating with the Taiwan HQ.

Project Management: Lead administrative setup, local licensing, and handover documentation for new plants.

Experience: Requires at least 7 years of plant administration experience, preferably in the electronics industry.

Education: Holds a Diploma or Degree in Business, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Location: Must have personal transport and be willing to travel to Port Klang, Selangor.

Languages: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate with HQ and clients.

Technical Skills: Advanced in Microsoft Office for budgeting, cost management, and business planning.

Capability: Proven ability to lead large teams and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
