Life Changing Support Services is looking for the following: Human Resource Director for a Human Service Agency.
The Human Resources Director is responsible for developing corporate HR plans, overseeing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supervising HR personnel. Their duties include managing employee relations, analyzing HR metrics, creating and implementing HR policies, and handling recruitment, onboarding, performance management, exit interviews and any other duties that may arise.
Salary is negotiable. LCSS offers Paid Training, Bonuses, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, and 401k.
Applicants must possess a valid PA Driver’s License, an Acceptable Criminal Background and will be subject to Drug Testing Protocols.
Education in Human Resources is a must.
