We are looking for an outstanding Human Resource Manager-Office Manager that will work closely with the CFO/COO and the rest of the Executive Team to ensure compliance and alignment with company culture and goals. This role will also handle office management duties.
At Loveland Innovations you’ll…
Be instrumental in promoting the company culture and healthy working atmosphere
Manage hiring and onboarding new employees
Manage any terminations and offboarding of employees
Implement, update and manage HR and employee policies and processes to ensure compliance
Oversee performance reviews and employee relations
Manage employee benefit programs
Maintain a pleasant, organized office environment
Welcome employees and visitors as they arrive at the office
Assist Executive Team with meeting schedules and travel needs
Job Requirements…
Work at the office located in Pleasant Grove, UT Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Degree and/or Certification in Human Resources a plus
2 years experience in Human Resources a plus
