HR Operations & Payroll Support
Schinder Law Firm is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and highly organized HR Officer to join our team in Jakarta.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with at least two years of experience in HR Operations, personnel administration, payroll support, and employee data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and complete employee records and HR master data
- Manage employment contracts, probation periods, leave, attendance, and employee documentation
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll supporting documents
- Review salary components, allowances, overtime, and attendance records
- Assist with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21 administration
- Support recruitment, onboarding, probation evaluation, and offboarding processes
- Update HR policies, SOPs, Job Descriptions, and employee handover documents
- Monitor contract expirations and other important HR deadlines
- Prepare monthly HR reports and follow up on outstanding matters
- Ensure all HR data and payments are properly documented, approved, and traceable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Personnel Administration
- Good understanding of Indonesian employment administration and PKWT/PKWTT documentation
- Practical knowledge of attendance, payroll support, BPJS, and PPh 21
- Good Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and employee-data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with confidential information
- Responsible, proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic working English is required
