Key Responsibilities
Update, organize and maintain personnel records and internal database
Create HR documents as needed (employment certificate, etc)
Conducting onboarding sessions (introducing new joiners about the company policies, employee benefits, etc)
Answer employee questions on HR-related issues
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Work/Intern/ Organizational experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
