WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ROLE?

  • Full‑Time
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
  • WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

    Each day as our HR Administrative Assistant, you'll bring steadiness and clarity to the organization by answering vendor calls, routing questions, organizing documents, maintaining schedules, and keeping our internal systems running smoothly. You'll manage vendor relationships professionally, ensure communication flows effortlessly across teams, and maintain accurate records to keep operations aligned. Your role will be integral to creating a workplace that feels seamless and supportive for everyone involved.

    • 1+ year experience in managing expense reporting and corporate accounts for vendors.
