We're seeking an exceptional HR & Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day HR and office operations that keep a business running smoothly. From employee support and compliance to onboarding and office management, you'll be the trusted go-to person who makes things happen.

Job Description:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, remuneration documents, and employee correspondence.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and payroll submissions.
  • Keep job descriptions, company policies, and organisational records up to date.
  • Support HR compliance, including UIF, visas, and statutory requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Oversee office administration, attendance reporting, and contractor compliance.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across South African offices.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal team and broader business.

Skills & Experience:

5 years experience in an HR admin or Business support role – non negotiable

Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite. Excel, Word and Outlook.

Qualification:

Degree or Diploma in HR, Business or Industrial Psychology

Salary:

R360 000 – R500 000
