WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

To provide support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and assigned functions associated with the Human Resources department.

Manage new hire onboarding process (background checks, employee files, offer letter, job description, tax credit, etc.) Conducts New Hire Orientation and tour of building
Maintain accuracy in HRIS
Time & attendance administration (setting up users, employee transfers, punch corrections, etc.)
Assist with Payroll
Create and maintain documents (Personnel Action Forms (PAF), new hire/termination checklists, FLMA notices, misc. letters, and forms).
Assist with year-end tasks (PTO/SLR reports, ACA reporting, Benefits Enrollment Audit, OE reports, etc.)
Responsible for all aspects of monthly billing (running reports, reviewing data, assembling documents, submitting)
Process termination paperwork (exit checklists, letters, unemployment claim data)
Assist with employee evaluations (monthly & quarterly notifications, tracking & maintaining complete and incomplete reviews)
Maintain employee records in an organized manner.
Administer and track FMLA, ADA, and STD leave to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Manage benefit administration including new hire benefit enrollment, qualifying events, and assist the Chief Human Resources Officer with annual open enrollment administration.
Ensure accurate monthly HR Reports to track staffing needs, new hires, separations, employee changes, and agency candidates.
Answer internal/external HR inquiries.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Assist with projects and reports (audits, handbook updates, etc.)

WHERE YOU’LL BE LOCATED:

In a secure, quiet location with high speed, reliable internet either remotely or in our Wyomissing Office. This position is on a flexible hybrid work schedule upon completing training.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM:

Previous HR Admin experience preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with and quickly learn various software products for documents and spreadsheets (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Access, etc.).
Personality that exhibits flexibility to handle many tasks within short deadlines.
Able to interact with all levels of employees.
Well-organized and ability to prioritize duties and work independently.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), Human Resources or related experience. Human Resources Degree preferred.
