Key Responsibilities
– Support the day-to-day HR and administrative activities of the organisation.
– Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding and maintaining accurate employee records.
– Maintain and organise employee personnel files, ensuring documents are complete, properly filed, up to date and handled with strict confidentiality.
– Assist in maintaining and updating leave records, attendance records and other employee-related documentation.
– Maintain and organise employee loan files and related records, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
– Assist with staff engagement activities and other HR-related initiatives.
– Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, schedules, letters and other administrative documents.
– Assist in ensuring that HR policies, procedures and administrative processes are followed appropriately.
– Handle HR and employee information professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
– Provide general office and administrative support to the HR and management teams as required.
– Assist with filing, documentation, record keeping and other administrative duties.
– Perform any other HR or administrative duties assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate
– Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
– Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
-Experience of minimum 2 years will be an added advantage
– Ability to work independently while also supporting a team.
– A professional, responsible and positive attitude.
– Previous internship or practical experience in HR/Admin will be an added advantage.
