Location: Wilson, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour (based on experience)

A Caring Heart Case Management is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support our HR and Operations departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and takes pride in administrative tasks that support a greater mission.

What You’ll Do
FMLA Administration
Process and track documentation
Provide updates and ensure compliance
Workers’ Compensation
Submit reports and follow up with employees and sites
Unemployment
Respond to claims, submit wage history, and assist with hearings
Recruiting Support
Post job ads, screen candidates, and assist with background checks
Personnel Records
Maintain accurate files and conduct internal audits
Collect documentation from multiple locations
General Administration
Answer phones, manage data entry, and support audits
Additional Duties
Assist with company-wide projects and billing tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic Excel and computer skills
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Professional, dependable, and discreet
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Must pass background check and drug screening
Cannot be listed on the NC Health Care Registry
Physical Requirements
Sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Local travel as needed
