What You’ll Be Doing:
This is more than just an HR job, it’s a chance to be part of something bigger! You’ll support the day-to-day HR operations and learn the ins and outs of what makes a great workplace tick. Your work will help ensure our team members feel supported, so they can focus on supporting our residents.
Ensure proper filing of all documents related to team members’ employment.
Maintain HR bulletin boards with updated information.
Create flyers and other materials for posting on boards.
Track and monitor various human resources processes, including annual physicals, performance evaluations, and training, as needed.
Participating in New Hire Orientation and other fun, team-focused events
Handle recruitment of open positions, including placing employment ads, and updating job hotline, website, and job boards.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM
Pay: $20-25/hr depending on experience
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
A minimum AA degree with coursework in business administration/human resources or related fields
3+ years of general office work with progressive and directly related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities
Previous HR experience preferred
Acquainted with State and Federal laws
