KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the Contact and Sales Center by aligning human resources practices with business goals to drive performance, engagement, and a consistent employee experience. This role partners closely with leadership to influence and implement people strategies across onboarding, employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational development, and culture-building efforts. The HRBP is a trusted advisor who empowers leaders, champions associate success and ensures a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Support
Serve as a key point of contact for associate and manager inquiries, offering practical guidance on everyday people matters.
Support the new hire experience by facilitating onboarding processes and ensuring smooth integration into the team.
Support leave of absence processes, partnering with associates and leaders to ensure clear communication, compliance, and a positive experience.
Advise leaders on addressing employee concerns, team dynamics, and workplace communication to foster a positive environment.
Help coordinate and support performance conversations, coaching discussions, and feedback delivery.
Partner with leaders to apply consistent practices across policy interpretation and workplace processes.
Maintain visibility with frontline associates and leaders to stay attuned to engagement drivers and emerging challenges.
Employee Engagement
Take ownership of employee engagement strategy and execution within the Contact and Sales Center.
Lead the development and delivery of engagement initiatives — including communications, recognition programs, events, and associate feedback mechanisms.
Use data and insights from engagement surveys, feedback sessions, and day-to-day conversations to recommend and implement improvements.
Actively partner with leadership to build an inclusive and motivating environment where associates feel heard, valued, and supported.
Create communication content (newsletters, updates, videos, etc.) that keeps associates connected to company updates and culture.
Serve as a key voice in championing a strong, cohesive culture aligned with the company’s values and goals.
People Process Execution
Provide practical support and guidance on HR programs such as performance reviews, development planning, and recognition.
Help ensure consistent, fair application of HR policies.
Assist with sensitive matters including investigations or performance conversations with professionalism, documentation, and follow-through.
Support a smooth and organized execution of annual and cyclical HR processes, partnering with HR peers and business leaders.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Develop strong relationships across teams and departments to foster trust, communication, and alignment on people-related initiatives.
Contribute ideas and feedback that improve people processes and enhance the associate experience.
Participate in cross-functional HR projects that support broader organizational goals and drive efficiency.
Perform additional related duties as required and/or assigned
To join our band, you’ll need the following experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of equivalent work experience) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
4 years of relevant multi-unit work experience within Human Resources (in addition to degree or years of previous experience), preferably with a background in employee relations, talent management, leave management, etc.
Knowledge of employment and benefit laws and regulations.
Analytical Skills: Able to explore information, data, and reports to extract meaningful insights, which can be used to better understand and improve business performance.
Collaboration: Able to develop cooperation and teamwork while participating in a group, working toward solutions which generally benefit all involved parties. Able to build relationships with others by offering help and providing suggestions for improvement
