As the HR Coordinator at Oki Golf, you will be responsible for managing and owning the recruitment of all Hourly positions. The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Post open positions as needed and maintain external job boards to accurately reflect current hiring needs.
• Track candidate status in ATS/HRIS and respond with follow-up
communication
as needed.
• Schedule meetings, phone screenings, and in-person interviews as requested by the Director of HR.
• Serve as the point person for HR-related paperwork, including benefits, new hires, status changes, and incident reports.
• Manage safety and health/
wellness
programs and communications.
• Serve as an ambassador for employee satisfaction through observation, conversation, and other means, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Suggest and implement
innovative
and creative ideas for process improvements.
• Make photocopies; mail, scan, and email documents; perform other clerical functions.
• Prepare new employee files.
• Process incoming and outgoing postal mail.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS,
EDUCATION
AND/OR
EXPERIENCE:
• Excellent verbal and written
communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and
attention to detail
.
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Ability to collaborate and influence others without a direct reporting relationship.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Creative Suite (Docs, Sheets).
• Human Resources experience is a plus.
• High degree of confidentiality and personal integrity.
• Demonstrated interest in HR
career growth

COMPENSATION DETAILS:
• Offered rate of pay range: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour.
• Eligible for overtime.
