Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Duties
Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with FMLA requests.
Maintain employee information in Paychex
Support payroll processing and resolve any payroll-related inquiries.
Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
Assist in conflict management by addressing employee concerns and facilitating resolutions.
Collaborate with management on strategic planning initiatives related to workforce development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing guidance to employees as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in human resources management or a similar role.
Familiarity with Paychex a plus
Strong understanding of FMLA regulations and employee benefits administration.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in conflict management and resolution techniques.
Ability to develop training programs that align with organizational goals.
Strong strategic planning skills to support HR initiatives effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
