Cascades Healthcare is a Utah based nursing home owner/operator. From our corporate offices in Provo, we support the day-to-day operations of our nursing homes in Utah, Idaho, Washington, and Texas.
We are looking for a Full-Time HR Coordinator to join our amazing HR team.
What You’ll Do:
As our HR Coordinator, you’ll provide essential HR support to several of our skilled nursing facilities, as well as assist the Recruiting Department. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation
Supporting benefits administration and employee file management
Coordinating basic employee relations and assisting with HR compliance
Processing payroll for a few of our facilities with accuracy and timeliness
Helping maintain up-to-date personnel records and HRIS data entry
Assist the recruiting department with day-to-day activities
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources or customer service
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to juggle tasks, prioritize, and work independently
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is a plus
