What we are looking for:

NextCare Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is a supportive team player. We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our growing organization, where patients and employees are our top priority.

Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the administration of electronic and paper employee record creation and maintenance, ensuring the integrity of employee records and system data, auditing, reporting and assisting the human resources department with special projects.

Develops knowledge and works with understanding of NextCare policies and procedures, general human resources related practices, rules and regulations
Ensures creation and maintenance of employee records in compliance with applicable NextCare and legal requirements
Communicates in a timely and proactive manner with the hiring managers regarding the status of candidates pending hire approval
Processes and communicates information to applicable parties regarding employee approval for hire, termination of employment and employment changes
Processes new hire employee data using paper and electronic systems in a timely manner
Ensures employee records are kept up-to-date by processing employment change requests in a timely manner
Audits integrity of data in managed through paper and electronic systems
Ensures confidentiality of data for which exposed to and responsible for managing
Demonstrates effective and diplomatic oral and written communication with internal and external customers in the receipt and delivery of information
Assists in developing HRIS user reference materials and communicating proper use of the system with end users
Communicates in a timely manner if HRIS is not functioning properly and makes recommendations for change or maintenance where needed
Assists department in completion of various human resources projects
Treats co-workers consistent with the NextCare Mission Statement, Vision, Values and Performance Standards
Performs other related duties as assigned or described in Company policy

Essential Education, Experience and Skills:

Education: Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: Prior experience in an administrative, data entry focused, role; Experience in human resources or payroll role; Use of HR-related record keeping systems and/or payroll systems

Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, enter data in efficient manner and strong attention to detail; Strong working knowledge of computer systems, to include Microsoft Office

Familiar with HRIS systems, ADP preferred.
