Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join a French company specializing in luxury products.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee orientation, and talent management. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
Support talent management initiatives by coordinating training development programs and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with management on affirmative action planning and compliance with employment regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Participate in contract negotiations and support the administration of employee contracts.
Experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
Experience in luxury is a plus.
