Job Description:
The HR Coordinator / HR Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and maintaining HR records. This role ensures HR processes run smoothly and contributes to a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, contracts, etc.).
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and confirmation letters.
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave data submission.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in performance appraisal procedures and probation evaluation tracking.
Handle confidential matters with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor legislation.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
