We are a fast-growing company specializing in Paint Protection Films (PPF) and Window Films, operating across the United States. Our team is passionate about innovation, quality, and delivering outstanding service in the automotive and architectural solutions space. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to support and strengthen our human resource operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals for various roles across all locations.
Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offer roll-outs, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

Payroll & Administrative Management:

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees in compliance with company policy and statutory regulations.
Maintain employee records, manage attendance and leave systems, and coordinate with finance for payroll disbursement.
Handle HR documentation, issuance of letters, contract renewals, and maintain employee databases and compliance files.

Employee Engagement & Development:

Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and recognition programs.
Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and capability building.
Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention across locations.

General HR & Reporting:

Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for HR metrics, recruitment dashboards, and management updates.
Provide day-to-day administrative support and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Stay updated with labor laws and best practices in HR.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on payroll, recruitment, and administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (presentations, reports).
Strong knowledge of HR practices, statutory compliances, and payroll systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience working in a multi-location or manufacturing/distribution industry is a plus.
