Inviting applications for the role of Senior HR Executive
Responsibilities:
-Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.
-Oversee the online enrollment process.
-Process events in PeopleSoft.
-Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment.
-Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including
-enrollment processes
-Entering elections into the system
-Affordable Care Act (ACA) administration and compliance
-Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-Bachelors in HR or relevant
-Experience in Payroll Management, Incentive Compensation, Payroll Taxes, Payroll Processing, Global Payroll, Workday Payroll
