Role Description The Human Resources Executive and Administrative Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Yankin. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, attendance and leave tracking, and maintaining employee records. The role also handles administrative duties such as preparing documents, organizing files, coordinating meetings, and supporting communication between departments. The person in this role will assist with HR policies and procedures, help address employee queries, and support compliance with local labor regulations. Collaboration with management and operational teams is expected to ensure smooth office operations and efficient HR processes.
Qualifications
- Strong human resources skills, including basic recruitment support, onboarding coordination, and employee record management.
- Administrative and office management abilities, such as document preparation, scheduling, and organized file maintenance.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and ability to learn HR or ERP systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, partners, and management.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices and local labor regulations in Myanmar is an advantage.
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is beneficial.
