HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Work Location: INCATech Office ONSITE, Reston VA
INCATech is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide full-time support to executive leadership on-site at our Reston, VA office. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer and coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates
Support performance management processes and maintain employee evaluation records
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Conduct and document investigations related to employee relations issues
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
Administer benefits programs and support annual open enrollment
Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate employee data and documentation
Generate HR reports and metrics as needed
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Qualifications:
Self-motivated, well-organized, strong interpersonal skills, attention to details.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources position and at least 1 year of recruiting experience
Experience administering employee benefit plans, recruitment, and compensation plans
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycor, BambooHR).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred:
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (AHRM-SCP)
