What You’ll Be Doing:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting all areas of human resources, working directly with the HR Manager. You’ll handle everything from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and employee relations. Your day-to-day will include:
Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
Conducting background checks and verifying employment eligibility.
Administering employee benefits and leave programs.
Supporting employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
Handling inquiries and supporting employees and supervisors.
Assisting with disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance management.
Monitoring and ensuring training compliance.
Maintaining knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Burmese is a plus.
