We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, ensuring that our organization runs smoothly and efficiently. Summary:
Lead efforts to attract and hire talent, ensuring candidates are well-matched to open roles.
Conduct role evaluations and craft clear position summaries aligned with team needs.
Oversee new hire integration, providing customized onboarding plans and helping reinforce company culture and values.
Assess learning and development needs, track training initiatives, and ensure follow-through.
Research and recommend enhancements to employee benefits, and help coordinate team-building and internal events to support a positive work environment.
Encourage employee feedback through satisfaction surveys and assist in action planning.
Partner with occupational health providers to support wellness initiatives through an annual program.
Champion community involvement by coordinating local outreach and social responsibility efforts.
Represent the company at recruiting events and ensure accurate data tracking for HR metrics.
Manage timekeeping systems, support onboarding paperwork, and help maintain compliance records.
Assist with local HR matters and ensure timely logging of workplace incidents and related claims.
Track HR-related expenses and enter invoice data using SAP.
Ideal Profiles:
3-5+ years of Human Resources experience
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Bilingual: English/Spanish or Portuguese (Highly preferred)
Experience with SAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
