The Human Resources Generalist role at Warranty Processing Company, Inc involves managing and coordinating various HR functions within the company. Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new employees
Administer benefits programs
Compile and provide payroll with bi-weekly payroll relevant information
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Requirements:
Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field
Prior experience in HR or a similar role
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in HR software and MS Office
