Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration.

Duties

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
Support workforce planning through employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention
Manage performance review processes and support managers with evaluations and improvement plans
Administer FMLA and manage Workers’ Compensation cases
Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR regulations
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports using HRIS systems
Oversee the implementation and monitoring of HR systems, policies, and procedures
Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with vendors and insurance providers

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
Proficient in HR systems and databases (HRIS, ATS; Paycom )
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Payroll experience (preferred )

Preferred Certifications:

SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP
PHR / SPHR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
