Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager for a Private Member Club opening in Manhattan in Q42025. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right talent to meet its goals. This role requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of HR management, and proficiency in various HR software systems.
Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing candidates and conducting employee orientation.
Oversee training development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Serve as the point for all employee relations, building and adhering to the company culture and vibe.
Maintain accurate employee records through effective data entry and data collection practices.
Utilize HR software systems such as iCIMS, UltiPro, and Workday for efficient HR management.
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while addressing employee relations issues.
Prepare reports on HR metrics to inform decision-making processes.
Experience
Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of training development techniques and employee orientation processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Familiarity with HR software systems such as iCIMS, UltiPro, or Workday is preferred.
Demonstrated ability in interviewing techniques and data collection methods.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
