Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our HR initiatives align with the overall business strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and enhancing employee engagement. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in recruiting, employee orientation, succession planning, and the implementation of HR systems.
Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA regulations.
Utilize HR software such as Workday, Ceridian, and PeopleSoft for managing employee data and processes.
Collaborate with management on organization design and workforce planning to meet business needs.
Implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment purposes.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management.
Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruiting, employee orientation, FMLA compliance, and succession planning.
Proficiency in HR software such as iCIMS, Workday, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.
Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
A degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
