Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment labor laws.
Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
Manage the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and integration of new employees.
Oversee payroll functions and systems ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop talent management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
Implement performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Provide administrative support for HR functions including employee relations, training programs, and benefits administration.
Analyze HR metrics to assess effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management.
Strong knowledge of employment labor law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software such as Paylocity, Paychex, Kronos, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Experience in talent acquisition and management processes.
Familiarity with ATS systems for recruitment management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
