Children’s Happy Teeth & Happy Braces is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing team. We’re a private pediatric dental and orthodontics practice dedicated to creating healthy smiles—and a happy, supportive workplace for our amazing team.
✨What You’ll Do:
Oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department
Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and compliance issues
Design and create engaging learning and development videos for staff training and continuing education
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture
Support leadership with organizational development and workforce planning
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources management
Proven ability to develop and deliver employee training content, including video-based modules
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Creative mindset with the ability to make training fun and engaging
Experience in the healthcare or dental field is a plus, but not required
