Preferred Qualifications:
4-5+ years of experience in Human Resources
Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
HR Certification preferred

Responsibilities:
Build relationships with employees and oversee the HR department
Training and onboarding new employees
Assist with benefits administration and scheduling open enrollment sessions
Implement company policies and procedures
Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, Compliance, and Employee Laws
All other duties as asigned
