Monthly Salary
IDR 7.000.000 – 12.000.000 / month (adjustable)

You’ll work closely with the team leaders to ensure smooth recruitment, accurate HR administration, strong compliance, and a positive employee experience — in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring complete documentation and smooth employee transitions.Prepare employment contracts (PKWT, PKWTT), addendums, and HR-related letters.Maintain accurate employee data, attendance records, and HR documentation.Support payroll data preparation, including attendance, overtime, incentives, and BPJS administration.Assist in performance management processes, KPI documentation, and appraisal cycles.Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries.Support HR compliance, audits, and documentation related to company growth and IPO readiness.
