Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang. This role is responsible for administering daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Specialist will implement and communicate HR policies, manage employee benefits and attendance data, and support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. The role also involves collaborating with management to ensure compliance with local labor regulations, assisting with HR reporting and documentation, and supporting HR initiatives that reinforce a positive, service-oriented workplace culture aligned with Manggang Group’s values.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
  • Candidates should possess HR Management and HR Policies skills, including the ability to implement, interpret, and communicate HR guidelines consistently.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits, with experience administering benefits and maintaining accurate HR-related documentation.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to support employees and collaborate with management.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Relevant experience in HR roles within retail, hospitality, or food & beverage environments is beneficial.
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR systems or HRIS tools is an advantage.
