We are looking for an HR Specialist with approximately 2 years of professional experience who can seamlessly bridge core human resources operations with agile office management.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in labor laws, exceptional precision in compensation and payroll management, and a high degree of adaptability to fast-paced organizational changes. This role acts as our dedicated Office Manager, orchestrating ongoing internal events, fostering a vibrant workplace culture, and proactively responding to daily operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Labor Law Compliance & Advisory
- Monitor, interpret, and apply up-to-date labor laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Serve as an internal resource for labor standards, employment contracts, working hours, and statutory leaves, minimizing legal risk.
2. Compensation & Payroll (C&B)
- Execute accurate and timely monthly salary calculations, tax withholdings, insurance processing, and severance settlements.
- Manage compensation data and support periodic salary reviews and benchmarking analysis.
3. Change Management & Agile Operations
- Rapidly adapt to organizational shifts, policy updates, and dynamic business requirements with agility and clear communication
- Assist in rolling out new HR initiatives, process improvements and internal change management strategies
4. Office Management & Internal Events
- Act as the primary Office Manager, overseeing general facility operations and ensuring a productive, well-equipped work environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute ongoing internal events, team-building activities, and corporate cultural programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Proactively identify and respond to day-to-day administrative and facility needs across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience in Human Resources more than 40 staff company (encompassing C&B and general operations)
• Core Competencies:
Labor Law Expertise: Deep understanding and practical application experience regarding local labor standards and employment regulations.
Numerical Proficiency: High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in payroll calculation and data management.
Agility & Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond swiftly to changing business needs.
Communication & Organization: Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in project/event management and cross-functional coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in dynamic startup or high-growth corporate environments.
- Certified Human Resources Professional (e.g., Certified Labor Attorney or relevant HR certifications) is a plus.
- English : business level ( or Korean )
