Responsibilities :
- Create PPKEK Import and Export documents
- Create BC 2.5 documents and conversion data
- Coordinate with Forwarder for Shipping management
- Coordinate with related departments regarding shipping and receiving goods
- Input data into IT Inventory System
- Administration of hardcopy and softcopy documents
- Manage payments and create weekly report
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Experience in EXIM min 1 years (Bonded Zone / SEZ preferable)
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Good in English
