About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Inbound Travel Operations Specialist to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily trip executions, ensuring seamless bookings, proactive supplier follow-ups, and swift crisis management when unexpected travel disruptions occur.

Key Responsibilities
- Reservations & Ticketing: Book and confirm all ground services, including hotels, transport, guides, activity providers, domestic flights, and train tickets across Indonesia.
- Follow-up & Quality Assurance: Reconfirm bookings prior to guest arrival and continuously monitor daily service delivery to maintain high quality standards.
- Disruption & Crisis Management: Act quickly to resolve real-time operational issues (e.g., flight cancellations due to weather/volcanic ash, last-minute hotel overbookings, health emergencies) by finding immediate, efficient, and creative alternatives.
- Supplier Relations: Maintain strong working relationships with hotel sales teams and transport providers across Bali, Java, Komodo, and Lombok.
- Team Alignment & Operations Support: Work in close synchronization with our Quotation Department through agile, fast, and clear communication. Coordinate daily with tour guides and drivers, ensuring they receive accurate itineraries, vouchers, domestic flight details, and guest preferences.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Operations or Reservations within an Inbound Travel Agency / DMC in Bali or Indonesia.
- Traits & Skills: Highly agile, fast-paced worker with strong problem-solving skills under pressure during flight delays, natural events, or last-minute changes.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to seamlessly collaborate with our internal sales/quotation team and external suppliers.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is required. Spanish or other European languages are a strong plus.
- Destination Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Indonesian destinations (Java, Bali, Lombok, Komodo, Sumatra).
- Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, messaging tools (WhatsApp Business), and travel booking engines.
- Attitude: High attention to detail and a guest-centric mindset.
