The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and maintain all confidential information into our company database.
Update and audit existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Scan and upload important documents to the database.
Communicate with team members to gather necessary information for inputting into the database.
Identify and suggest improvements to database systems and processes.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency across systems.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with a team.
Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
