About the Role
You’ll own the full IT asset lifecycle, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and eventually disposal, and be the first and most reliable point of contact when someone’s device, account, or access isn’t working the way it should. Onboarding and offboarding, Google Workspace, VPN, printers, licenses: if it touches an employee’s ability to do their job, it’s yours to keep running.
You’ll also be the person who keeps the lights on at the infrastructure level: office networks, NAS, local servers, VPN, CCTV, and access control across every location, including new office and warehouse setups as the business expands.
Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll run access and identity management for the company: finding out what access each role actually needs by talking to department heads, proposing a clear access matrix, and executing the grants and revokes once system owners sign off. You’ll also run the security awareness programs that keep the whole company safer. One thing this role doesn’t own: the business applications themselves. ERP/Odoo, WMS, CRM, and the website each have their own owner elsewhere in the business, your job is making sure the infrastructure and access underneath them never gets in the way.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience managing IT assets end to end, procurement, inventory, deployment, and disposal
- Comfortable configuring and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and mobile devices across a mixed environment
- Experience administering Google Workspace, email, VPN, and company-wide application access
- Working knowledge of office networking, internet, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and infrastructure like NAS, local servers, CCTV, and access control
- Comfortable running an access/identity discovery process — talking to department heads to define who needs what, and executing access changes once approved
- A patient, clear communicator who can train non-technical staff without making them feel dumb for asking
- Self-sufficient, able to run IT operations for the company without a large team behind you
- Bonus: exposure to AWS/GCP, Windows/Linux server administration, or ISO 27001 security practices

- Administer Google Workspace, email, VPN, and company-wide application access
- Provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting, including printers and other peripherals
- Manage software licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and IT procurement requests
- Coordinate with HR/GA and vendors on onboarding, offboarding, and asset management
IT Infrastructure & Workplace Technology

- Execute access provisioning and deprovisioning (grant/revoke) across business applications, based on approvals from each system’s owner

- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and operational records
- Recommend improvements to IT operations and user experience
