We're looking for a Systems & Technology Specialist who is passionate about solving problems, improving processes, and leveraging technology to help people work smarter. This is far more than a traditional IT support role—you'll become the internal technology expert who keeps our systems running seamlessly while driving innovation through automation and AI.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day IT support across all departments
- Set up and manage laptops, workstations, Google Workspace accounts, and user access
- Maintain company hardware, software, POS systems, and technology assets
- Become the go-to expert for our business platforms, including Odoo, Google Workspace, Asana, and our internal systems
- Train and support employees to maximize technology adoption
- Improve workflows by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Research and implement AI tools that increase productivity
- Manage software licenses, subscriptions, backups, and cybersecurity best practices
- Work closely with leadership to help scale the business through technology
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Business Systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Google Workspace Administration
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills with professional English proficiency
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
