What You Will Be Doing
Working with clients to receive and process orders
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and handling customer inquiries.
Develop and maintain documentation of sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Coordinate shipments and prepare outbound packages, maintain inventory and purchase order records.
Provide backup support in the warehouse as needed
What You Bring To The Table
1+ years of sales support or operations experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to lift 25 kg and learn forklift operations
