Fully onsite work model (Monday – Friday).
Position *****
Full-time/direct hire Intake Coordinator for prominent South Bay-based plaintiff PI, mass tort and sex abuse practice.
Duties & *****
Promptly contact and/or follow up with all potential clients via phone and email.
Obtain pertinent information from potential clients by asking them a series of questions professionally and respectfully.
Send sign-up documents to the prospective clients and follow up accordingly.
Establish a relationship and rapport with potential clients by, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Add and update pertinent information into the firm’s client management system.
Assist attorneys with administrative tasks as it relates to opening new cases, declining cases, and maintaining the firm’s database.
General *****
Prior experience handling prospective client calls required.
Law firm experience highly preferred.
Ability to handle potential client calls with care and empathy.
Ability to remain calm during calls with rude clients.
Experience using online database software, MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe).
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Resourceful and motivated to work in fast-paced environment.
English and Spanish speaking preferred.
Salary/Compensation/*****
