Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Data Entry representative. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, fluent in Spanish, and possess excellent data entry abilities.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Analyze customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Conduct outbound calling for sales and upselling opportunities
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette
Experience:
– Prior experience in customer service and data entry preferred
– Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
