This remote role reports to Edited Companies’ founder and director, who heads Edited Studio alongside offering freelance services to clients such as editorial writing and content creation. Duties include executing personal emails, virtual personal tasks and calendar assistance, carrying out personal partnership outreach, assisting in recruiting, as well as assisting in daily administrative tasks.
INTERNSHIP duration: 4 months
Location: Remote (US-based preferred)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM PT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in personal, editorial and administrative tasks
- Assist in other editorial admin tasks, such as sending interview requests and scheduling interviews
- Assist in brand outreach for personal requests
- Assist across Edited Studio social media platform and client tasks
- Assist in Edited Studio new client acquisition efforts
- Schedule meetings in Google Calendar
- Pitch brands for potential personal social partnerships
- Generate partnership target lists
- Remain up to date on industry trends and news as well as cultural trends and news, and use this information to ideate target partners that are timely and strategic
- Build and manage contact lists
- Demonstrate an understanding of negotiating partnerships
- Identify opportunities for broadcast appearances

QUALIFICATIONS
- Data entry
- Google Drive
- Spreadsheet organization
- Corporate communications (emailing etc.)
- Research skills
- PR, sales & marketing experience preferred (not required)
- Must be currently attending college or have a college diploma
- Fashion, beauty and entertainment/pop culture knowledge preferred
