Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrated understanding of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), aligned with the latest regulations from the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) for higher education institutions.
2. Ability to ensure effective implementation of SPMI within the Faculty of Psychology, in accordance with standards set by LLDIKTI and Universitas Tarumanagara.
3. Proven capability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in supporting quality enhancement efforts based on faculty and university SPMI frameworks.
4. Strong collaboration skills to work with the Faculty’s Internal Quality Assurance Manager in managing quality assurance processes.
5. Attention to detail in maintaining and organizing SPMI-related documentation, following the direction of the Internal Quality Assurance Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from any Faculty. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and current regulations issued by Kemdikbud and LLDIKTI.
• At least 1–2 years of experience working in academic administration, quality assurance, or accreditation processes within a higher education institution.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with academic units, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to support quality assurance initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Faculty’s Internal Quality Assurance Manager and other academic staff in implementing quality assurance strategies.
• Position based in the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Tarumanagara.
