About this Position As an International Team Assistant, you will partner with senior leaders and act as a trusted administrative partner in a dynamic global environment.
What You´ll Do
- Managing complex executive calendars, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, stakeholder requests, and business commitments.
- Proactively coordinating international business travel, including flights, accommodation, visa arrangements, and travel expense administration.
- Supporting senior leaders in a predominantly virtual and remote working environment, serving as a key point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing executive mailboxes and helping prioritize communication, follow-ups, and action items.
- Organizing leadership meetings, town halls, workshops, and virtual events with participants from different countries.
- Preparing and maintaining presentations, reports, and communication materials with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Coordination of tasks between international teams.
- Acting independently, anticipating business needs, identifying potential scheduling conflicts, and proposing solutions before issues arise.
- Collaborating closely with other assistants across Henkel’s global network to ensure seamless support and business continuity.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or in a comparable administrative support role.
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders or executives in an international environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and handling competing priorities.
- Experience organizing international business travel, including travel logistics, visa administration, and expense management.
- Proficient level of English language (verbal and written form – C1)
- Advanced user of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid support model.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, reliable, highly accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced international corporate environment.

Starting salary range: €1,500–€1,950 gross. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
