Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Specialist to manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, e-commerce inventory control, and wholesale order coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal stock levels, supporting sales operations, and providing inventory insights to drive business performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

  • Create and maintain purchase orders within the inventory management system.
  • Upload and manage SKU information upon receipt of purchase orders from suppliers.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse locations.
  • Conduct regular inventory reconciliation and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

E-Commerce Inventory Control

  • Monitor stock availability across e-commerce platforms including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
  • Manage inventory updates through multi-channel inventory management systems.
  • Perform competitor pricing analysis and provide recommendations on pricing adjustments.
  • Generate monthly reports on slow-moving inventory and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies.

Wholesale Operations

  • Process sales orders based on customer requirements provided by the wholesale team.
  • Verify stock availability and provide inventory allocation recommendations.
  • Identify excess and slow-moving inventory for wholesale opportunities.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer collection.

Inventory Planning & Replenishment

  • Monitor sales trends and prepare replenishment recommendations based on inventory performance.
  • Review supplier catalogues and identify new product opportunities.
  • Conduct basic sales and inventory analysis to support forecasting, stock planning, and purchasing decisions.
  • Assist in identifying fast-moving products and maintaining optimal stock levels.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, inventory planning, or a related role.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and inventory control processes.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory and sales data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
