Roles And Responsibilities
1 . To prepare invoice and supporting documents in a timely manner.
- To ensure that invoices and supporting documents required are accurate and complete.
- To follow up quotations and PO from Head Office, Principal and OTC.
- To file of documents for reference.
- To coordinate with other sections, departments, principal, and customers to resolve operational issues and concerns.
- To perform other tasks that may be assigned by Invoice Admin Supervisor from time to time.
Minimum Qualification
- Male & Female
- Minimum age of 20 year
- Minimum of Certificate in any field
- Willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
- Good team player with high responsibility
- Basic Computer literacy
