Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, revise, and coordinate documents with translation

• Manage meeting preparations, agendas, and follow-ups

• Establish and maintain a confidential filing system

• Analyze data to produce informative reports

• Draft and update internal administrative documents

Requirements:

• Postsecondary education in administration or similar fields

• At least five years of experience in a similar role

• Bilingual in English and French with excellent grammar

• Strong organizational skills and independent judgment

• Proficiency in computer software
