Perform testing of new applications and run the UAT process
Evaluate the use of ERP applications after implemented
Provide technical assistance to users who experience difficulties in using ERP applications
Handling tikcet helpdesk for application support
Persyaratan Pekerjaan
Bachelor of Information System or Information Engineering
Have at least 1-2 years experience as Application Support or handling SD module in SAP system is an advantage
Understand the SD module in SAP system is an advantage
Understand troubleshoot desktop PC, laptop, printer, email & internet
Able to good analysis
Able to collaborate with a team
Able to communicate well with a team or users and quick to learn new things
